As I used to tell fellow school teachers very tongue in cheek "we'd have it made here if we didn't have all these kids". It's sort of a busmans holiday. Gives a lot of time for thinking and sharing about how to make improvements in your program at home for the betterment of youth. Sort of alike a retreat.
I can't wait to get there in October.
Snow conditions. Maybe, if your are lucky, but most probably not. Maybe a little dusting of snow, but don't carve that into stone. Just be prepared.
