[Philmont]: Cell Phone Service in Basecamp

It was my experience last year at PTC that you need a dual mode phone tht
has the analog capability. Just a short distance can make a big difference,
in tent city the signal at best was pretty spotty, but a short distance
away up at the PTC camp fire/show area, there was a very good signal. I had
a Singular phone.
