Not every soul who shops at the Tooth of Time goes out on the trail.
Many gifts for folks back home are also bought there and not every loved
one is the same size as their son or daughter on the trail.

When I dropped off my son for NJ on a Saturday afternoon, there was a
feeding frenzy at TofT. The place was packed, the lines were long and
merchandise was stacked high. When I picked him up the following
Sunday, there were about as many people and a lot less merchandise.
There is probably little time to restock on weekends, but I don't know
about the rest of the week.

There were many, many styles of shirts! I couldn't believe how many
choices there were in the cotton T-shirts. The coolmax shirts only came
in one style, but there were dozens of styles and sizes in cotton.
