our Troop than any amount of training or WB could provide.

This is the only scout list I belong to, and I have a non-Philmont issue
that I'd like to bounce off some scouting experts. I know there are a lot
of them out there! Does anyone have a suggestion for a 'general scouting
question list' that I can look into? It's a serious committee issue in
which we need some solid input. Thanks!
