One disturbing aspect of this situation is that the SM is actually setting a
poor example. A key point of "punishment" is to change behavior. By black
listing the boys from leadership positions, he is denying them the
opportunity to learn from their mistake and grow. Instead, he is teaching
them how to hold a grudge.
