I'm not Coop, but yes we frequently discuss issues such as those addressed here
recently *in depth* on SCOUTS-L. I would heartily recommend that folks with an
interest also consider joining SCOUTS-L.
Since things are kinda quiet, I really don't see *too much* harm in helping a
fellow Scouter with a problem. There are probably several hundred years of
Scouting experiences represented by the regular participants alone. But I do
hope that this list doesn't become a SCOUTS-L clone and do encourage folks to
consider taking similar questions to that list - the membership is much larger
and the "conversations" more general purpose.
