RE: [Philmont]: What is PCC?

What is "PCC"? Was first mentioned on this list a couple of month ago and I
keep seeing it on occasion. Sorry I'm so dense. I know PTC is Philmont
Training Center and CHQ is Camping Headquarters - I thought these were the
official names. Just can't figure PCC. Oh, I get it - it's Philmont
Camping Center?? Is that the correct term? Hmmm. YiS, Julian Love,
