The best backpacking food I had was with a buddy of mine who was never
in the Boy Scouts.
He turned me on to using bagels instead of crackers. PB&J on bagles
does pretty good. A good warm breakfast is toatsed bagels with margerine
and cinamon/sugar.
Supper entres:
Spaghetti
Rice, canned chicken, mushrooms casarole/stew
Cheese Quesadillas with rice and salsa
pizza
chicken & dumplins
Mac and Cheese
someone else said it before, but you can fix anything on the trail that
you fix at home. And it always tastes better on the trail ;)
