Hey Jason,
These are requirements for an individual -
If one individual had to lead every grace only one youth per crew could earn
the award
However, I do agree with Chapel before and after a trek
I think I would make it - Lead one trail devotion and help ensure your crew
has devotions X nights
(X should really be every but maybe there are extenuating circumstances once
in a awhile)

I hadn't heard about this. I'm glad to hear that Philmont is encouraging
adding God to the trek. However these requirements seem pretty lax to
me. If it were up to me, I would say it should be chapel service before
and after trek, crew devotion every night on the trail, and doing Grace
3X a day on the trail. There's over 30 opportunities to say Grace.
