In addition to the Philmont provided instructional material, this list
is probably the best place to get the latest info on what's verboten at
Philmont. Another place is at Council training (well, at some
Councils), where recent attendees usually fill everyone in - especially
if they ran afoul of something on their last trek.

Remember, Philmont operations are about 80 percent static, 15 percent
"somewhat" variable, and 5 percent highly dynamic. On the latter, just
try to follow the bouncing ball.
