[Philmont]: Service Announcement

This has nothing to do with Philmont, but I figured people might like to
hear it anyway. From my imminent District e-newsletter:

Last Chance for the First No-Call Solicitation!

If you wish to be placed on the US Gov't's new National "No-Call" list
to avoid telephone solicitors, the initial entries are about to close
out. You MUST call or register on-line by August 31st to be placed on
the intiial list. If you are too late, your registration becomes
effective 3 months after you DO register; that is, you will face another
3 months of solicitations after you do register. It takes all of a
minute to register on-line, and you can register up to three phone
numbers. The sign-up is valid for 5 years. For more information, and
