[Philmont]: What a phone bill!!!!!

The trick to using the pay phones at Philmont is to use a phone card.

You can get a phone card at places like Sam's or Costco for about 3.5 cents
per minute.

The pay phones at PTC or Camping Headquarters will add on a surcharge per
call on your phone card of 15 minutes, which is close to 50 cents, but
otherwise all it costs you is just how many minutes you might use.
