It also helps to have a trusted and reliable travel agent make arrangements
for us. In a couple cases where flexibilty was needed it helped to have someone
who knew who and how to ask for special conditions. I know some people would
rather not use agents but I find the fees worth it if there is a problem to be
resolved.
