[Philmont]: OA Trail Crew Endowment patch

Over the past few days, I have noticed some type of OA trail crew endowment
patches on Ebay. One of my scouts sent me a link to one he had seen on Ebay,
and since then I have seen several others. Has anyone on the list heard of
this? If so, would you please provide some information on it? My son went on an
OA Trail Crew trek in 2002 and loved it. I would gladly support any effort
to promote this program to others.
