Another suggest is Yellowstone Nat Park. We took 3 families up the Lamar and then out through Pelican Valley. Once you get a 1 mile up the Lamar the trout fishing is miles of stream to the fisherman rather than fishermen to the mile. I would only recommend this for experienced crews as at the turn to Pelican Valley you are 16 miles from the nearest road and forget cell phone coverage. But the hike is well worth the effort and you'll see country less than 1% of the visitors to the park see including moose, bears both types, elk, wolves, etc.
