RE: [Philmont]: 2006 treks

During the signup period for 2005, the original information we had implied
the waiting list would be divided by day. In fact, the waiting list
resembled the normal one we are always placed on :-\, and we only resided on
1 list, not on a list for each start date we requested. Apparently, the
logistics of having independent start date waiting lists was harder to do
even than to say.

The new procedure went into effect for the 2005 camping season. A similar
procedure will be in effect for 2006. For details, see:
