RE: [Philmont]: 2006 Wait List

I would not expect to see too much additional movement in the wait list
yet. 1) The Pholks at Philmont are still wrapping up this summer's
treks and 2) the next big influx of cancellations/vacancies will not
occur until after October 1 when the next payment ($235 per crew member)
is due. That is usually "where the rubber meets the road". After that,
unless you are *really close*, I would make other plans.

PS I'm not sure when Councils have to ante up their fees, but if it
isn't October 1, that could be another influx of vacancies.
