More rattlers = far fewer minibears (also = reduced risk of hantavirus).
Rattlers are great - they are the only poisonous snake that warns you
it's there and P.O.'d What's not to like?
They are also, as Don says, quite tasty (no they do NOT taste like chicken!)
The stretch between I.W. and Old Camp is Rattler-Heaven. They're
everwhere. Quite a few around Harlan too.
