My crew took a lot of spices like Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and an array
of other dry spices to doctor almost anything up into something tasty.
Always bring your spices. Hint, make sure you zip-lock bag the dry spices
and double bag the liquid spices like Tabasco. Heat and riding in a pack
does funny things to liquids.
