Last year those on the 2005 Philmont Waiting List were offered a deal.
Give up your slot on the 2005 Philmont Waiting list, go to Northern Tier in
2005, and be guaranteed a Philmont slot in 2006.
Does anyone know if there is a plan to offer the same sort of deal for those
on the Philmont 2006 Waiting List (go to NT in 2006 and get a slot at
Philmont in 2007)?
