RE: [Philmont]: Return Receipts.... STOP sending them!

For those who do not know how to stop this in outlook,
go to tools,
then under preferences tab, click on e-mail options,
then click on tracking options
and change the setting to (on the bottom) to never send a response or ask me
before sending a response.
Just above this you can turn off the request receipts if you chose.
Hope this helps any who were not sure what to do.
Regards Doug

Why do so many people on this Philmont list server keep sending a return
receipt when asked? STOP! We get enough emails! Those people don't even
WANT a return receipt from this list server. It's more than likely just
part of their work email system and they can't change it for this purpose
only.

I could start naming names, but you know who you are. STOP! Thank you!
