I'm using Outlook 2000. It will deal with read receipts and delivery
receipts.
It has NO option for return receipts. It appears I can only set it up
to ask to confirm read receipts.

I don't know about Pete's mail client, but so far as I can tell, you don't
have an opportunity to confirm RETURN receipts and you can't set outlook
up to do so. At least not 2000.

It is the mailserv software that is broken, it should not pass them
through to the list. I've never seen any other mailserv software that
does this. Troop47 apparently doesn't have the ability to fix this.
So, we just live with it.
