Doug,
 
I plan a cookout and invite the participants and their families so they can hear the stories and share the experience their sons had.
 
It is also a good time for everyone to display their pictures and make arrangements to get copies of a "special" picture someone else took.
 
I always try to get at least a couple Scouts to talk to the group about their experience (rarely have a problem here), they can really get animated in their descriptions.
 
We did the BWCA and Philmont this year that included 61 total participants Scouts and adults from my Troop so this cookout should be huge.
