Just back from our trek with a blister update from a person who always seems
to get blisters: I used a roll-on sport shield, marketed to prevent
chafing. I rubbed it on feet and toes every morning. We hiked a lot in wet socks
due to enormous amounts of rain. No blisters for the first time!!
