[philmont] 2007 Treks Wilderness First Aid Certification Requirement Course offering Louisiana

As far as the planning guide goes, the "New" requirement is really just a
change from "Standard First Aid" to "Wilderness First Aid". Just a few
words different, but a major difference in requirements.

In the past we had -ALL- our crew members take First Aid and CPR. I realize
you only needed one person, but the course was offered frequently enough and
the cost was low enough. However with the change to WFA, I can't see how we
can expect everyone to take WFA. The cost is considerably more ($100+ vs.
$30?) and the two-day course with far far fewer offerings at distant
locations will make it hard to schedule. So instead of having 12 people
trained, we will likely have one, though that training will be more
advanced.
