[Philmont] Rain Gear & Sleeping bags

I took gaiters this past summmer and had a lot of ran. I wore them the
first day coming into Ponil but did not wear them the rest of the time.
We hiked in the rain several times and over dry trails, but I never saw
the need for them with the boots I had and the rain pants I wore.
