[Philmont] Autumn Adventure Question

That's right, one doesn't even have to have children in Scouting to be a
member, just $10 (plus $1.00 if the Council handles the insurance), an
application with the signature of a unit's committee chairman, and an interest in the
best method around for personal development of young men.
