I picked up several Coleman woodsman chairs for about 12 bucks or so from the coleman nonprofit website (if you register as a nonprofit, scout troops qualify). They are about a pound and a half with the back, basicaly they are a camp stool with a back, we have carried them on a Philmont trek and a Double H trek, if you spend 200 bucks (there are lots of other bargains) you get free shipping.

It's worth suggesting that an alternative to buying a ready made chair is to roll your own. Some cloth, some tubing and a heavy duty needle and thread can allow you to construct a foldable chair that will fit you exactly the way you want to be fitted, because you build it to your own specs.
