[philmont] Packing a Cradle Lounger - was Chairs

This is how my chair looks, with the back stand like this, when you set your
pack down, just pull out the back stand and your pack will sit up.
These chairs have a waiting line in our camps, when some one gets out of
one, there is some one sitting in it real quick. You do not get up unless
you have to. The 06 crew had 19 people of which 18 had these chairs. The
07 crew of 12, 11 had chairs.
