All,
We had a great trek. Just returned home 8-2-07. Our ranger training was
excellent which helped our crew. I just couldn't get over how green
everything was as compared to 03 post fire. We were able to have fires in the back
country if desired. Each staff camp was excellent and all had music in
evenings. Water was available as well in good supply. New O.A. trail from
Greenwood Canyon to Copper Park is excellent! Also took new trail on north side of
Baldy to summit. Hiked across meadow then on to summit. Great views and
the Scouts really enjoyed the hike.
Best wishes to all and if you need more information just let me know.
