[philmont] Pack weight

Actually, I've talked to some folks who did a better job than I did in
keeping pack weight down (James Ball, among others), but Selden's website
shows how I did it in 2001 (a bit over 16 pounds then). Here's the link:

Since then I've replaced the sleeping bag with a Big Agnes Horse Thief,
swapped the old Therm-a-Rest for one of the new ultralight models, and made
a few other changes. I'll try to weight what I took this time, and update
this for 2007 soon.
