Like the rest of you, I bought the candy bars at Baldytown, and it meant a
lot to the kids. Little things often make a big difference. The crew
carried a Rotary Club flag with them on the trek (I'm a Rotarian, and our
club sponsors the troop) and kept it secret from me until presenting it to
me on the summit of Philips. I suppose you had to be there, but it was very
moving.
