[philmont] Timberline Tents

Sounds like my house.
My wife (who missed a Phil-trek due to foot surgery) always wants to pack our Sierra Designs Beduin 4 because its got more room.
I'll continue to pack the Eureka Apex 2XT until she agrees to carry the Beduin.

        You all know I'm a big fan of Eureka Timberline Tents. Own a two person, two-two person and one six person tents.

        The other day I dug them out and put them up to inventory them to make sure I had the right stuff in the right tent bags before packing the one away for Autumn Adventure.

        My wife brought me a glass of cold tea to puch back the 96 degree day and asked "which one are we taking with us on AA?"

        To which I answered "well, I'd like to take the two person, but to be a nice husband to you, I thought we'd take the four person, it's a bit roomier".

        To which my lovely wife said "what about the six person, I could stand up in it".

        She's got a point so I offered. OK dear, I'll strap that one on your pack and we'll both be happy."

        She did not think that was a good idea.
