[Philmont] Camp and patch robbers

        I knew there was a reason I got out my hundson bay axe the other day. At first I intended to split firewood for Calvin to cook in the dutch oven he says is the only thing he cooks in, but now I know the Lord is taking care of me. It's to defend me against camp robbers, I mean patch robbers!

Does anyone know the best way to swing a shovel and ensure that John feels no pain at the end of his journey? I would hate to feel that I did not do my share in the trade for my new patch collection.
