[Philmont] space blanket

Yes, also sold by Campmor (at page 222 of today's Fall 2007 catalog) as item 81284-E All-Weather Sportsmen's blanket for $11.99. The word "Space" is prominent on the packaging when you get it.

Other potential uses are covering your car seats when transporting wet and/or dirty scouts or lining your trunk when your capo needs someone whacked.
