[Philmont] Self-Inflating Foam Pad Recommendation

At one time, the pads did come with bags. Apparently, not any more
though. After 18 years of using the same two pads (which did come with
bags), my wife and I purchased two new Luxury XL pads from Campmor. The
bags were extra (we ordered them after the pads arrived with no bags) and
there were no repair kits.
