[Philmont] Coverage on the Tooth, Baldy, Phillips, etc..

I got a call from my son last Wednesday from Mt Phillips. I am pretty
sure that he had a better signal there than I had here at work in Wichita,
Kansas. He called us the night before they hit the trail using one of his
crew-mates phones because he couldn't get a signal on his phone (Verizon.)
I also know that some of the other scouts in his crew called their parents
earlier in the trek from the B-24 crash site on Trail Peak.

Cheers!
Bill
