[Philmont] Coverage on the Tooth, Baldy, Phillips, etc..

I was there in July (710-O2) and we called from Trail Peak, Mt Phillips and
the Tooth. Oh, and on the side of Urraca Mesa closest to Base Camp. I had
Cingular. Other folks with other services didn't fair so well.
