[Philmont] Rayado Trek limits

That's amazing to carry a backpack in your hands. It might work to
sling the left strap of one pack over your right arm and the right
strap of the other pack over your left arm - the two packs will tend
to come together from the fulcrum effect with only one strap from each
pack being used. To do this you would need to have extra padding
under each strap since each strap is seeing the full weight of each
pack. You could keep the backpacks from "flopping" by tying them
together where they touch each other.

A better idea would be to redistribute the gear from the one pack
among everyone and lash the empty pack to the back of a comparable
sized backpack.
