[philmont] Philmont alternatives - thank you, list!

Since you were looking for alternatives for your younger guys, a local troop
did this a few years ago by sending their older boys to Camp Packard and the
younger guys to St. Elizabeth. These camps are about an hour apart in
Colorado. West of Pueblo along the Arkansas river.
