[philmont] Bear Bags

In '05 every member of our crew took Gregory Bear Bags. Philmont had no
problem with us using ours instead of theirs.

The bags are fairly large (not quite as large as Philmont's but they
held all the food as I recall), and have long, strong handles that let
you 'biner them all together.
