[philmont] Passport to High Adventure

Jon,
  Regarding the Passport to High Adventure, how do you know it's been discontinued?
   
  As our council's high adventure chairman, I have that publication in a 3-ring binder right on my desk. It get's used a lot. I can't believe the BSA would discontinue something so useful.
