[philmont] Passport to High Adventure

I purchased a copy of Passport to High Adventure in late 2006 to use in a Roundtable presentation I was making on Council High Adventure opportunities (with emphasis on those within driving range that accept provisional Scouts).

I was disappointed to find, when I peeled off the wrapper (It's sold as looseleaf pages shrinkwrapped in plastic), that it was the same book I already owned and had neither been updated nor supplemented. If it has been discontinued, perhaps there are still some copies lurking in the racks in some Council, somewhere.

It is the soup to nuts guide for high adventure, covering even such topics as promotion and fundraising.
