[philmont] Garmin Topo 2008

Garmin released the latest version of their topo maps and they include
trails and campsites at Philmont. From what I can tell they are not complete
but quite a few are there. You can check them out at their online map
viewer: http://www8.garmin.com/cartography/mapSource/topous.jsp The detail
is still only 100K but they seem a lot better than the last version.

 PS. GPS is only to be carried on a Philmont trek for recreational purposes.
I would never think to carry one for navigational use...
