We went to philmont a day early. We wrote to philmont and explained our
situation as we too had the chance to arrive early.I wrote to Mr. Anderson
and then I faxed him with the same information as there was 44 in our crew
that we took down, so thats what you must do and hope for the best, we were
lucky and stayed in the tentsin the compound,we paid $8.00 for the extra
night for each scout and scouter and we paid $4.00 extra for each meal that
we had.It sure helped us out quite a bit and to my opinion I wouldn't want to
stay in Cimarron,I would stay in the trail tents if we had to.We were ther in
July thru Aug of 2001 and had a blast all 44 of us.Just my thoughts and
