I took by chair kit. I probably will not next time. I did not use it
enough.

Subject: [Philmont]: Sleeping Pads
Sat around the flaming stove on the prep hike last night and was discussing
gear we were planning on taking. Now being someone who doesn't like to spend
all my money, has anyone ever tried to use a non-thermarest pad in the
tthemarest chair convertor? I'm thinking about getting the campmor version
that is $20 cheaper but is identical as far as we can tell. Thanks for the
help.
