For our Council's 2002 Expedition, the packet with Planning Guide
& Med Forms arrived yesterday. A cover letter from Mark Anderson,
dated November 2001 lists the contents:
- 2002 Council & Unit Planning Guide
- 2002 Health and Medical Records
- Philmont Adventures Brochure
- Seasonal Staff Application (to share with good staff prospect)
- Used Equipment Order Form
- 2001 Guidebook to Adventure (1 copy, for ref)
- Rayado Application
- R.O.C.S. Application
- Ranch Hands Application
- Order of the Arrow Trail Crew Application
- Trading Post (Tooth of Time Traders) Catalog
- Philmont Interactive Ranger info
- 2001 Trail Food Inventory Clearance Sale info
Also the following reminder notes:
- Minimum age requirement
- Maximum crew size is 12
- Maximum number of adults over 21 is four per crew
- Groups must arrive and depart according to your schedule.
Space is not available for early arrivals or late departures.
- *Philmont's height/weight limits will be strictly enforced.* [Bold]
Maybe someone will post any differeces noted in the new Planning Guide.
