For info, the 2003 High Adventure Expedition Reservation Forms have arrived
from Philmont. This is from the telephone reservation call-in day on Oct.
27. A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of $50 per
participant is due by Jan. 31, 2002 or reservation cancels. Must fill out
form, include check, and have local council approval with Scout Exec's
signature. Council approval certifies the reservation applies to a unit
currently chartered in the council and that the reservation is in accordance
with Philmont's policy restricting units from attending 2 consecutive
seasons.
