another 2 cents' worth:=0D=0AIn '97 I accompanied a crew of 13 -16 yr=
. olds. We had the BBQ at 'Cito. Due to some of the comments about th=
e quality of the meals, our crew leader decided to try having one of =
the advisors cook dinner this particular evening. And... due to my un=
-familiarity with one of the two stoves we had been using, a Coleman =
with the gas tank underneath, (I cooked the ingredients separately), =
when I thought I had turned the beef and BBQ sauce "off" I had actual=
ly turned it to 'simmer'. While we continued cooking the potatoes, th=
e beef BBQ simmered for an additional 10 minutes. That particular mea=
l is still recalled as the best of the trip, including the buffet on =
the trip home. The 'small' beef cubes actually had a chance to comple=
tely re-constitute themselves and were quite tender. The beef pot was=
a little difficult to clean, but I simply boiled more water in the p=
ot and made some "cowboy" coffee for my after dinner drink, and with =
a little elbow grease was able to get the residue removed. (I burnt t=
