Pretty much whatever you want, we make cinnamon rolls and all kinds of baked
goods using a pan from www.frybake.com We use a small twiggy fire on top.

What is served for desert (assuming you didn't put it all in one pot)?
The only desert we ever have on the trail is freeze dried ice-cream
